What your coach expects from you 

"Take 100% Responsibility for your Body and Life
We bring the experience, knowledge and expertise necessary to empower you to attain your vision. It is our job to coach you on what needs to be done. It is your job to do what needs to be done. Your coach expects you to do everything in your power to attain your vision. It is your responsibility to show up on time, train hard and make the necessary lifestyle adjustments in order to realise your full potential. Most importantly, we expect you to enjoy your journey with us. Please only commit to this agreement when you are ready to make a positive change to your health and your life. 
 

What you can expect from your coach 

A training program that is created specific to your needs and goals. 
To conduct training sessions at the agreed time and to make up for any sessions missed by your trainer. 
Regular follow up sessions. The purpose of these sessions to evaluate progress. They may include part or all of the components in the original consultation. These follow up sessions will be counted as a training session. 
Feedback forms will be given to clients occasionally in order to help us improve our service to you. Your honesty is encouraged and appreciated 
 

Personal Training Conditions and Policies 

All sessions must be paid for in advance. 
We can split a block of sessions into 3 payments maximum. 
Bank Transfer or cash are made payable to your coach. 
Each session lasts one hour. Late arrivals are entitled to the remainder of the hour only. 
Please note that sessions not used within six months of initial payment will be forfeited by the client, no reimbursement will be made. 
Please do not use any Club facilities while having any open cuts, abrasions, open sores, infections, or illnesses. 
When I must cancel a session, I will contact my trainer directly. 
If I cannot provide 24 hours notice of cancellation, I will be responsible for the full session fee. I have made this commitment to myself and to my trainer. 
 
 
Leo is an excellent instructor with great nutrition and fitness knowledge, to adopt a fitness/nutrition programme to fit the needs of any client.
